Meet the Founder, Mary
A former hormonal mess who knows what you’re going through.
If you’ve been struggling with your health and feel dismissed, overwhelmed, or just unsure what to try next, you’re not alone.
I help women get their hormones (and lives) back in sync using Ayurveda — so you can move through every phase of life feeling calm, clear, and more like you.
My goal is simple: to support you with deeply personalized care that actually works for your body and your life.
People I work with often desire:
more consistent energy and emotional steadiness
relief from PMS, PMDD and cycle-related issues
support through perimenopause and menopause
better sleep, digestion, and stress resilience
a calmer, more trusting relationship with their body
If that sounds like what you’ve been looking for, you can schedule a free consult below.
My Story
Like so many of the people I work with, I found Ayurveda after years of trying everything else.
I began my career as a yoga and meditation teacher and co-owned The Yoga Collective in New York City while teaching, running the studio, and working full-time just to make rent.
On the outside, I looked like I was thriving. On the inside, I was exhausted, anxious, and dealing with brutal PMS — migraines, cramps, mood swings, month after month.
When I finally went to the doctor hoping for answers, normal bloodwork and a ten-minute appointment ended with, “It’s just PMS.”
That moment lit something in me.
Out of desperation, I tried everything — strict diets, expensive supplements, acupuncture, wellness trends. Nothing worked.
Then I found Ayurveda.
Meeting my first Ayurvedic specialist changed everything. For the first time, someone truly listened and gave me a simple, sustainable plan. Within weeks, my energy returned, my mood lifted, and for the first time in years, I barely noticed my periods.
That was the moment I knew: this is the work I’m meant to do.

Ayurveda isn’t about doing everything perfectly — it’s about learning what actually works for you, right now. When I work with clients, my first priority is making sure they feel seen, heard, and supported.
From there, we create small, sustainable shifts to help improve energy, sleep, stress resilience, and overall balance.
Real healing isn’t about doing more. It’s about reconnecting with yourself, giving your body what it actually needs, and learning to trust it again.
This work is for women who are open to gentle, lifestyle-based changes and long-term balance. It may not be the right fit if you’re looking for a quick fix or one-size-fits-all solution.

After my yoga training (200-RYT, 100-IAYT), I became a holistic health coach and ayurvedic nutritionist (HHC, AADP). Now I'm a board-certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (CAP, NAMA) and am continuing my studies to become an Ayurvedic Doctor.
Each year, I travel to India to study directly with Ayurvedic doctors in clinics and hospitals. While I’ve already spent years studying, I know I will never stop learning — not just from my teachers but from every client I work with. Each person is beautifully unique and deeply fascinating, I'm always grateful for the opportunity to learn.

I'm originally from Florida but New York has been my home for nearly 20 years Currently, based in Brooklyn with my incredible partner, Eric, and our adorable anxious dog, Fonda (a pug-terrier-supermutt) who keeps us endlessly entertained.
When I’m not working with clients, studying or traveling, you'll find me exploring the city, playing tennis, seeing movies, reading in the park, or sneaking away to the beach or upstate to recharge.
I come from a big, lively family, and those roots remind me daily of the importance of connection, laughter, and joy in the healing process.
