Hi, I'm Mary.

Board-Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner  and former hormonal mess who knows what you’re going through.
I help women get their hormones (and lives) back in sync using Ayurveda — so you can move through every phase of life feeling calm, clear, and
more like you.

My goal is simple: to get you back to being you, with a fully supported, deeply guided, and personalized health program that actually works for you.

If that sounds like what you’ve been looking for, you can schedule a free consult below.

How I Got Into This Work

Like so many of the women I work with, I found Ayurveda after years of trying everything else.

I started my career as a yoga and meditation teacher. I co-owned The Yoga Collective in New York City while teaching classes, running the studio, and working full-time just to make rent.

On the outside, I looked like I was thriving. On the inside, I was falling apart.

I was exhausted, anxious, and every month I got hit with brutal PMS—migraines, cramps, mood swings - you name it.

I went to the doctor hoping for answers, but after normal bloodwork and a barely 10-minute-long appointment, I was told, “It’s just PMS.” Basically: deal with it.

That moment lit something in me. I couldn’t believe this was all women were offered. Out of desperation, I tried everything—strict diets, expensive supplements, acupuncture, whatever the wellness trend was. Nothing worked.

Then I found Ayurveda.

Meeting my first Ayurvedic specialist changed everything. For the first time, someone actually listened and gave me a simple, sustainable plan. Within weeks, my energy returned, my mood lifted, and—for the first time in years—I barely noticed my periods.

That was the moment I knew: this is the work I’m meant to do.

My Training

Once Ayurveda changed my own life, I knew I had to go deeper.

I became a holistic health coach and Ayurveda Nutritionist (HHC, AADP), then became a board-certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (CAP, NAMA) and am now continuing my studies to become an Ayurvedic Doctor.

Each year, I travel to India for several weeks, learning directly from Ayurvedic doctors in their clinics and hospitals. And while I’ve spent years studying, I never stop learning—both from my teachers and every single client I work with.

My Approach

Ayurveda isn’t about doing everything perfectly or following a bunch of rules — it’s about learning what actually works for you, exactly where you are right now.

When I work with clients, my first priority is making sure they feel seen, heard, and supported. From there, I help create small, sustainable shifts to help them feel naturally energized, improve their sleep, become more resilient to stress, and more at home in their body.

Because real healing isn’t about doing more—it’s about reconnecting with yourself, giving your body what it actually needs, and learning to trust it again.

A Little About Me

I’m originally from Florida but have called New York home for nearly 20 years.

These days, I live in Brooklyn with my amazing partner, Eric, and our dog, Fonda—a pug-terrier-supermutt who keeps us endlessly entertained.

When I’m not working with clients or studying, you can usually find me exploring the city, playing tennis, going to the movies, reading a great book, or sneaking away to the beach or the woods to recharge.

I come from a big, lively family, and those roots remind me daily of the importance of connection, laughter, and joy in the healing process.

If you’re ready to start feeling like yourself again, I’d love to help you get there.
